Трудоустройство — серьезная проблема для матерей-одиночек, многодетных матерей, матерей — студенток, матерей, воспитывающих детей-инвалидов. Одно из направлений деятельности проекта — создание условий для женщин, решивших совместить обязанности по воспитанию детей с трудовой деятельностью. Для женщин, находящихся в отпуске по уходу за ребенком до достижения им возраста 3-х лет, и лиц, воспитывающих несовершеннолетних детей, организуется профессиональное обучение (переобучение), подбор вакансий для трудоустройства с учетом рабочих мест с гибким графиком работы, работы на дому.
