I believe that avoiding highly processed foods is a first step for you to lose weight. They will taste excellent, but packaged foods contain very little nutritional value, making you try to eat more simply to have enough electricity to get throughout the day. If you are constantly feeding on these foods, transitioning to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more vigor while eating less. Good blog post.
