I have realized that over the course of developing a relationship with real estate managers, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in every single real estate contract, a payment is paid. Eventually, FSBO sellers never «save» the commission. Rather, they fight to earn the commission simply by doing a great agent’s task. In doing so, they commit their money and time to conduct, as best they will, the assignments of an representative. Those jobs include revealing the home by marketing, presenting the home to buyers, creating a sense of buyer urgency in order to prompt an offer, preparing home inspections, handling qualification investigations with the mortgage lender, supervising maintenance tasks, and assisting the closing.
