Проект «Семейный театр «Встреча» работает на базе АНО «Духовно-просветительский центр «Сретение» при Храме Святителя Николая Чудотворца уже второй год. Он ориентирован на создание благоприятных условий для творческой самореализации и возможностей раскрытия таланта каждого человека, приходящего в центр «Сретение» (встреча). В нём принимают участие семьи, прихожане, школьники, студенты, дети-сироты и дети, оставшиеся без попечения родителей, из детского дома №2 г.Петропавловск-Камчатский.
Яркость и выразительность этого вида искусства наиболее действенно способствует формированию духовно-нравственного здоровья подрастающего поколения, уважительного отношения к старшему поколению, сохранению культурных ценностей и развитию творчества.
Данный проект предусматривает организацию работы по следующим направлениям:
— «Театр для всех – «Встреча» — предполагает вовлечение в творческую деятельность активных граждан в возрасте от 6 до 60 лет и старше. Участие в театральных постановках, конкурсах, концертах создаёт благоприятные условия для осуществления творческих замыслов и стремлений, повышает доступность к средствам искусства и возможность ощутить состояние собственного успеха.
— «Семейный театр» — направлен на расширение действующего театрального коллектива «Забава», который состоит на сегодня их 4-х семей, объединяющих участников всех возрастов: старшего – от 55 лет, среднего – от 25 лет и младшего – от 7 лет, посредством вовлечения новых семейных сообществ. Своим примером семьи популяризируют такой вид искусства, как театр, демонстрируют творческий потенциал и возможности интересного, совместного проведения досуга. Первые творческие результаты этого молодого коллектива были показаны 26 сентября 2020 года в Духовно-просветительском центре на Втором Краевом Конкурсе семейных любительских театров «Сказка приходит в твой дом».
— Театр для детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, с ограниченными возможностями здоровья – направлен на создание комфортных, благоприятных условий с целью повышения качества жизни детей в возрасте от 7 до 18 лет. Приобщение детей к искусству, возможность участвовать в общественной жизни, устанавливать социальные контакты, чувствовать себя нужным и интересным даёт им мощный стимул в творческом, интеллектуальном, духовно-нравственном и социальном развитии.
Такой комплексный подход способствует наиболее эффективной самореализации и раскрытию таланта каждого человека.
