22 ноября завершился ежегодный конкурс детского рисунка «Крылья Ангела». Его организаторами в третий раз стали Петропавловская и Камчатская Епархия, Министерство культуры Камчатского края, Министерство социального развития и труда Камчатского края, МДОУ «Детская художественная школа» г.Петропавловск-Камчатский, Камчатское краевое отделение ООБФ «Российский фонд». Конкурс традиционно посвящен Всероссийскому Дню Матери. В этом году в нём приняли участие более 100 ребят из различных уголков Камчатки.
Председатель жюри-директор детской художественной школы И.М. Царьков в торжественной обстановке вручил дипломы и подарки победителям конкурса и грамоты педагогам. Уполномоченный по правам ребёнка в Камчатском крае И.Э. Койрович сердечно поздравила всех присутствующих с Международным днём матери и поблагодарила за активное участие в конкурсе. Лучшие работы были представлены в фойе духовно-просветительского центра для возможности увидеть жителям края.
Победителями в четырех категориях стали дети из многодетных семей и дети с ограниченными возможностями здоровья:
