I believe that avoiding prepared foods is the first step to lose weight. They might taste excellent, but prepared foods currently have very little vitamins and minerals, making you try to eat more only to have enough vigor to get over the day. For anyone who is constantly taking in these foods, transferring to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will help you have more vitality while having less. Great blog post.
