Бесплатная группа кратковременного пребывания детей до 3 лет начала работать на базе Духовно-просветительского центра. Там будут присматривать за детьми женщин, которые проходят бесплатное профессиональное обучение или получают дополнительное образование по направлению от Центра занятости населения города Петропавловска-Камчатского.
«Мероприятия по профессиональному обучению женщин, находящихся в отпуске по уходу за ребенком, проводятся в Камчатском крае с 2011 года. Однако далеко не каждая женщина может приступить к учебе по той причине, что у нее нет возможности на время занятий обеспечить присмотр за своим ребенком. Мы, понимая эту проблему, в течение прошлого года проводили работу с общественными организациями на предмет возможности создать группы присмотра за детьми на базе НКО, — рассказала руководитель агентства по занятости и миграционной политике Правительства Камчатского края Наталья Борисовна Ниценко. — Региональная общественная организация «Союз православных женщин Камчатки» откликнулась на наше предложение. Активисты разработали проект «Учусь вместе с мамой», подали заявку в Фонд Президентских грантов и получили субсидию на его реализацию. Теперь женщины, готовые пройти профессиональное обучение или повышение квалификации, могут не только обратиться в центр занятости и получить соответствующую государственную услугу, но и на время учебы оставить своего ребенка под присмотром воспитателей».
«Наша команда разработала проект, оформила заявку в Фонд Президентских грантов и, к нашей большой радости, были признаны победителями в числе других грантополучателей Камчатского края. На базе Духовно-просветительского центра мы создали группу кратковременного пребывания, в которых женщины могут оставлять детей на время своего обучения. Мы объединили свой накопленный опыт, приложили усилия и, при поддержке органов исполнительной власти Камчатского края, решили поставленную задачу, как нам кажется, максимально эффективным способом», – рассказала председатель совета Региональной общественной организации «Союз православных женщин Камчатки» Елена Ивановна Ильина.
