На камчатке прошел форум «Инициативное общество». 26 октября 2018 в пленарной сессии, которая открыла работу форума, по поручению Губернатора Владимира Илюхина приняла участие Первый вице-губернатор края Ирина Унтилова. В форуме приняли участие около пятисот человек – это представители НКО и инициативных объединений из всех муниципальных районов и городских округов. Кроме того, были приглашены эксперты федерального уровня из Москвы, Архангельска, Новосибирска, Тюмени, Владивостока, Краснодара.
На Пленарной сессии за успешную реализацию социально значимых проектов и плодотворную деятельность, направленную на решение проблем социально-экономического и культурного развития Камчатского края была вручена благодарность от губернатора Камчатского края коллективу Духовно-просветительского центра.
В рамках форума «Инициативное общество» на Камчатке прошла VII краевая ярмарка социальных проектов 27 и 28 октября.В ярмарке приняли участие наиболее активные социально ориентированные некоммерческие организации региона. На площадках ярмарки участники презентовали свои организации, обменялись опытом, обсудили наиболее важные вопросы, представили новые идеи и инициативы, установили партнёрские связи.
